At Pioneers Conference 2025, we’re calling the Water Walkers to gather—those who were born to defy the odds, born to believe for the impossible, and born to move in the supernatural. This isn’t about safety or certainty. It’s about surrender. It’s about trusting the voice of God over the voices of fear, logic, and limitation.

In a time where the world is trembling and systems are shaking, heaven is looking for those who will walk by faith and not by sight. Those who are ready to do what’s never been done, build what’s never been built, and see what’s never been seen.

The conference was started by Dr. Faith Wokoma of AskDoctorFaith Inc, then known as the Warring Ministries conference. It then evolved into a partnership between AskDoctorFaith, which hosts the power-packed VIP DAY, and Legacy Center Church, which hosts the conference on Friday and Saturday. Now, it is known as the Pioneers Conference!

2025 marks the 19th year of this power-packed, life-changing conference! The heart of the conference is to infuse inner healing, encounter, and activation into one weekend, ensuring that both men and women leave healed, empowered, and walking in a deeper relationship with the Lord. Over four powerful days (starting with VIP DAY), you will gather with other believers, entrepreneurs, ministry leaders, creatives, reformers, and pioneers from around the world who are saying “yes” to the deep waters of God. You’ll experience:

VIP Day is for men and women who want to be activated, developed, and coached in a private and exclusive environment with Dr. Faith Wokoma, Pastor Soboma Wokoma and other business, leadership, and ministry minds of our day.

This year’s VIP Day will focus on activating your prophetic edge in business, ministry, and strategy and learning how to merge AI, the supernatural, and purpose to build boldly.

WHAT ARE THE DATES OF THE CONFERENCE?

VIP DAY with Dr. Faith Wokoma is Thursday, November 6 from 9:00 AM (EST) – 4:00 PM (EST) with VIP Night from 6:30 AM (EST) – 9:00 PM (EST).

The actual Pioneers Conference starts Friday, November 7 at 9:00 AM (EST) and will conclude on Sunday, November 9 at 1:00 PM (EST).

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE FOR THE CONFERENCE?

VIP Day (Nov 6) – Business Casual
General Conference Day Sessions (Nov 7-8) – Casual
General Conference Evening Sessions (Nov 7-8) – Casual to Business Casual

DOES THE REGISTRATION INCLUDE HOTEL ROOM AND FOOD?

No, registration price is for admission to the conference only.

IS THERE A PAYMENT PLAN FOR VIP DAY ?

Yes. Payment plans are available through September 30, 2025. To register with a payment plan, choose an option HERE.

WILL YOU BE STREAMING ONLINE?

At this time we are only offering onsite registration.

WILL CHILDCARE BE AVAILABLE AT THE CONFERENCE?

Childcare will not be provided during the conference. However, there are local drop-in Daycare options within the area.

WILL FOOD BE PROVIDED AT THE CONFERENCE?

Food will only be provided on Thursday during VIP Day.

ARE THERE ANY VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES?

Yes. You can apply to vend at the conference HERE.

ARE NIGHT SESSIONS OPEN TO THE PUBLIC?

YES! All night sessions are free and open to the public. However seating is limited so we do encourage registration.

DO YOU GRANT REFUNDS ON TICKETS PURCHASED IN ADVANCE?

All tickets are non-refundable. However, the purchased ticket can be transferred to another person for this conference. Please email events@legacycenterchurh.org for transfers.
